Desiccant Dryer Heatless & Heated

Heated regenerative adsorption dryer is an energy-saving and efficient dryer, the regenerated gas is used for the purge and regeneration of the adsorption tower bed after the temperature is raised by heating, which can save the regeneration gas consumption, good regeneration effect, and longer adsorption working time.

Heatless regenerative adsorption dryer is a kind of equipment for drying compressed air according to the principle of variable pressure, adsorbing the water in compressed air under pressurized condition to make compressed air dry, and blowing the adsorbent with a part of dry compressed air when decompression, so that the adsorbent can be regenerated, and the two towers alternate with each other and are recycled to get dry compressed air. ccording to the different compressed air pressure dew point, choose differen adsorbents, commonly used adsorbents are activated alumina, molecular sieve.
